I put a pot in my basket, but by the time I tried to pay for it I was told it was no longer available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve an item until the checkout process is complete and it has been paid for. Each item in our shop is an individual piece, so we are unable to remake exactly the one you had your eye on. We do take orders, so can make pots similar in form and colour to the ones you see. We apologise for this and hope you will see another pot you might like to buy.

Will my pot look exactly like the photo online?

All our pots are photographed and sold individually, so the piece you purchase and receive will be the one you see online. We make every effort to display the textures and colours of our pots accurately, although we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will represent these correctly. Therefore, there is a possibility there may be slight variation.

Can I visit the gallery and studio?

You are welcome to pay us a visit during our opening hours which you can find here, as well as how to find us. It is always best to send us an email first just to make absolutely sure that we will be in.
