CLASSES

Refunds will only be issued up to 14 days before your course starts (minus a £5 admin fee). After this period, if you cannot make the class your course fee will be retained as we will be unable to fill your space.

Non-attendance: In the event of non-attendance or arriving late to classes, it is not possible to swap classes or use the studio outside of the allotted class times to catch up and the cost of the class will be retained.

‍Clay / glaze / firing costs: The cost of the 6 week course includes materials and firing for up to 4 pots per student. Any extra pots will be charged at £4 per pot.

We currently do not offer to fire work from taster sessions.

Collecting work: You will receive an email when your work is ready to be collected. If we haven't heard from you, any work that hasn't been collected with be disposed of after 4 weeks.

‍Health & Safety

• Classes are for over 16s, or over 14s accompanied by a parent or guardian
• We cannot be held liable for any injuries caused by the misuse of the studio or equipment.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused to work and are not responsible for any work, belongings or money going missing or getting stolen.
• Jewellery is to be removed and any long hair is to be tied up.

We reserve the right to cancel any person from a course if any of these points are not respected.
